Content Creator / Studio Host
We are looking for a content creator and host who will become the consistent on-camera face of pommeDeTerre and produce trend-led and technical videos about the studio.
About the role
This is not a traditional social media administrator role. It is a creator and host role for someone who brings original topics, recurring formats, and a distinct point of view, appears on camera, and helps shape the public image of pommeDeTerre.
Some videos will adapt current formats and trends. Others will explain development, design, AI, digital product launches, and the decisions that usually remain behind the scenes.
You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with technical subjects, ask good questions, and turn specialist language into a clear and engaging story.
Responsibilities
- be the studio’s consistent host and on-camera presence;
- speak naturally on camera, hold attention without a teleprompter, and improvise;
- adapt relevant trends into content that fits a digital studio;
- work with the team to understand technical subjects and explain them in plain language;
- develop hooks, topics, recurring formats, and scripts for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video;
- cover websites, apps, design, development, AI tools, and team decisions;
- film yourself, the team, projects, and behind-the-scenes work on a smartphone or camera;
- conduct short interviews and help participants feel natural on camera;
- edit videos independently, including sound, captions, music, and simple graphics;
- fact-check technical details with the relevant specialist before publishing;
- publish content and review which subjects and formats perform best.
What matters
- a natural and confident on-camera presence, clear speech, strong energy, and the ability to hold attention;
- ability to speak in your own words, improvise, and work without a teleprompter;
- ability to understand a technical subject, ask precise questions, and explain it to a non-specialist;
- strong visual judgment and a feel for contemporary pacing and humor;
- understanding of Reels, Shorts, and other short-form formats;
- independence in developing an idea, script, and production approach;
- confident smartphone or camera filming and independent editing;
- a portfolio that includes videos where you speak on camera.
Nice to have
- experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools;
- content work for an IT company, digital studio, or technology product;
- interest in design, development, AI, and contemporary visual culture;
- a basic understanding of how websites, applications, and digital products are built;
- simple motion graphics and technical visualization experience.
Working format
This is a full-time role with regular shoot days in Moscow. Some work can be done remotely, but you should be ready to join agreed shoots and appear on camera with the team.
The team provides access to projects and specialists and helps fact-check technical details. The Content Creator owns the treatment and full production cycle, from concept and script through publishing and performance review.
Selection process
- a portfolio review, including examples where you appear on camera;
- a short video call so we can hear your natural speaking style;
- a conversation about trends, technical content, and ideas for pommeDeTerre;
- a small paid pilot video with the timing and fee agreed in advance.
Interested in working with us?
Tell us a little about yourself. We will carefully review your application and reply if the role and format look like a match.
Send three to five short videos, including one or two where you speak on camera. Explain what you personally handled, which design, development, AI, or digital product topics interest you, and which current format you would adapt for pommeDeTerre.
