Technical Lead

You're a senior who wants to shape the product, not just code. Take on the entire technical direction of the studio - hiring, architecture, processes. Salary + profit share, a direct path to CTO.

We are looking for backend developers in one of three formats.

We are especially interested in the third option, but we are open to others as well. We can start with a simple conversation about how we can be useful to each other.

Growing the studio together

We are a small studio, currently working on compact but sustainable projects. We already have a design team and several great development and DevOps specialists. We are continuing to build our team and want to grow into a studio that takes on larger and more complex projects.

Big, impressive case studies won't appear on day one. We need time to:

  • make sure we are a good fit for each other;
  • build processes around you and for you;
  • become confident enough in the team to take on larger and riskier projects.

The work will include both interesting, complex tasks and routine, more down-to-earth ones - this is a normal part of studio life, and it's important that you're ready for this balance.

A full interview will take about 40 minutes - we'll ask theoretical and practical questions. We'll give you a final answer within a few days.

Work won't start right away - the studio needs some time to set up processes and prepare the project.

Final agreement.

We finalize the terms, sign the contract, and create an onboarding plan for working together.
