UX/UI DESIGNER
GRAPHIC/MOTION

OPT. #1

Outsource / Project Work

You are an expert (UX/UI, graphic design, motion) with your own schedule or a main job. We reach out to you for a specific project or targeted tasks: designing brand identity, conducting research, or building an interface. Hourly or project-based pay, contract per task.

OPT. #2

PRIORITY FORMAT

Team Integration (Start-up mode)

A real startup job — starting from the studio's active growth phase. You become a full part of the team right now: joint discussions, shared goals, brainstorming new ideas and developing the studio together. Ahead — transition to full-time with a fixed salary and bonuses.

We are looking for designers in one of two formats.

Our priority is the second format of collaboration. But we're open to dialogue and ready to discuss how we can be useful to each other.

ABOUT US AND HOW WE WORK

Growing the studio together

We are a small studio, currently working on compact but sustainable projects. We already have a design team and several great development and DevOps specialists. We are continuing to build our team and want to grow into a studio that takes on larger and more complex projects.

Big, impressive case studies won't appear on day one. We need time to:

  • make sure we are a good fit for each other;
  • build processes around you and for you;
  • become confident enough in the team to take on larger and riskier projects.

The work will include both interesting, complex tasks and routine, more down-to-earth ones - this is a normal part of studio life, and it's important that you're ready for this balance.

#1

Submit your application.

Send us your portfolio and a brief introduction. We will review it carefully and get in touch if your skills are a good fit for the team.

#2

We'll reach out.

You'll be able to ask all your questions about the collaboration - we'll answer in detail and clarify anything unclear.

#3

Interview.

A full interview will take about 40 minutes - we'll ask theoretical and practical questions. We'll give you a final answer within a few days.

#4

Pause.

Work won't start right away - the studio needs some time to set up processes and prepare the project.

#5

Final agreement.

We finalize the terms, sign the contract, and create an onboarding plan for working together.

LET'S WORK TOGETHER!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REQUEST!
