Consent to Personal Data Processing
Consent version: 2026-09-05-v1
Policy version: 2026-09-05
Effective from 5 September 2026
1. Controller and how consent is given
Controller: Sole proprietor Nikita Yuryevich Kazymov, OGRNIP 3215087100286285, address: 15, building 17, Olimpiysky Prospekt, Mytishchi, Moscow Region, 141006, Russia; email: hi@pommedeterre.ru.
By selecting a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected, or by choosing “Allow analytics”, I freely give specific, informed and unambiguous consent only for the purpose shown beside that control. This consent is separate from the Policy and other documents.
The Controller records the purpose, versions of this text and the Policy, time and source of the action, linked to the enquiry or a technical browser identifier, to demonstrate that consent was given or withdrawn.
2. Enquiries, applications and briefs
The purpose is to answer a project or GistiQ enquiry, review a partnership or job application, examine a brief or estimate, and contact me about that specific submission.
Data may include name, telephone, email, messenger account, company, selected service or plan, enquiry text, brief answers, estimate, CV and files I attach, together with submission identifiers and the consent record.
Data is handled by the Controller and authorised staff. Self-hosted Chatwoot is software, not a separate recipient. Infrastructure providers may access data only under documented Controller instructions, to the necessary extent and subject to confidentiality and security duties.
Consent lasts until withdrawal, while enquiry data is retained for no more than three years after closure unless a contract, dispute or law requires longer retention. I should not submit special-category data or third-party data that I have no lawful authority to provide.
3. Analytics
If I choose “Allow analytics”, the purpose is to measure visits and improve public pages using Yandex Metrica. Data may include IP address, cookie identifier, browser and device properties, visited public pages, referral source, clicks and scrolling.
The recipient is YANDEX LLC and its processors under the Yandex Metrica terms. Names, contact details, form contents and files are not sent to Metrica, and Session Replay is disabled. Consent lasts until withdrawal and no longer than 12 months. Analytics loads only after the consent receipt is successfully recorded; refusal does not restrict the website.
4. Processing operations
Processing may be automated or mixed and include collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to the listed recipients, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
This consent does not cover advertising messages, disclosure to an unlimited audience, biometric data or special categories of personal data.
5. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn by emailing hi@pommedeterre.ru or writing to the Controller’s address. Analytics consent can also be withdrawn through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
The request should identify the sender, the relevant submission and the purpose being withdrawn. Consent-based processing normally stops within ten working days and data is destroyed within thirty days unless another lawful basis applies.
Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before it and does not end processing required for a contract or by law.
